The Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association Administration Building is located at 895 DeSoto Boulevard, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. The Administration Building houses Property Owner Services, Public Works, Administration, Golf Course Administration, Planning & Inspections, Purchasing, Communications, and Human Resource.

The Administration Building is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The lobby of the Administration Building is also open on Saturday's from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. ID cards, vehicle decals, annual fees and golf coupon books may be purchased in the lobby.

The Property Owners Association golf courses are open seven days a week. Courses are closed only on Christmas and New Years Day.
