 GOVERNANCE

Hot Springs Village is governed by the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association (POA), a private, tax-exempt home owners association.

The POA is guided by a seven member elected Board of Directors, who serve three year  staggered terms. They employ a General Manager who is supported by a staff of approximately 500.

Hot Springs Village also has ten committees which are responsible for advising the staff and Board of Directors.

Board and committees members serve on a volunteer basis.
